Whether it's crafting offers, showcasing properties, installing signs, or tailoring a custom marketing package for your real estate business, we have you covered!

Fees

  • - Contact all parties and introduce our role in the transaction as your Personal Closing Coordinator

    - Review purchase agreement, counter offers, all addendums.

    - Ensure everything is fully executed with proper dates, initials, signatures, and the broker information is completed.

    - Ensure seller disclosures are provided within contract timelines.

    - Prepare all disclosures; including state specific and broker specific forms.

    - Ensure your buyer is provided a copy of all

    - Upload all disclosures, documents, and reports into the compliance system as they are received or fully executed throughout the transaction.

    - Maintain constant contact with all parties involved for status updates as well as items outstanding.

    - Ensure that proper parties are in receipt of Home Warranty Invoice and Commission Instructions.

    - Request or prepare requested amendments.

    - Track the time-frames for receipt of due diligence & earnest money deposits, delivery and return of escrow packages.

  • - Open escrow, obtain file number and request the Escrow Instructions, Commission Instructions and Preliminaries.

    - Contact all parties and introduce our role in the transaction as your Personal Closing Coordinator.

    - Thoroughly review the Purchase Agreement, Counter Offers, and Amendments to ensure that each document is fully executed with proper dates, initials, signatures and broker information.

    - Provide the executed documents to all parties involved in the transaction.

    - Enter all of the contacts, appropriate dates and documents into the transaction management service software

    - Prepare any needed Disclosures and required brokerage form.

    - Ensure that all contract time-lines are adhered to.

    - Prepare any requested amendments.

    - Upload all documents, disclosures and reports into your firm’s compliance system as each one is received or fully executed throughout the transaction process.

    - Ensure that all parties have received all documents including the termite report, home warranty invoices, commission instructions and any other required documents.

    - Track time-frames

    - Track receipt of earnest money deposit and due diligence fees.

    - Make sure that all disclosures and reports have been provided and ensure that all signatures, initials and dates have been completed.

  • If you're selling your property as a for sale by owner, you're in the right spot. We will ensure you have all the necessary paperwork for a seamless sale. Rest assured, you're in capable hands with us for your journey.

  • Offer a deadline that you need to reach? Let us help. We will write the offer, obtain disclosures if available, and send it to the listing agent. Offers may incur additional charges if service exceeds one hour. After hours and emergency fees are $200+
