  • While we operate on a per-file basis and no contract is required. We do have an agreement covering payment obligations and our mutual obligations to keep client information confidential.

  • Absolutely. We work per-transaction, you only pay for the services you use.

  • No. We expect fair and reasonable treatment for services completed only.

  • Of Course! We can step in at any point. This is common when agents join Broker Solutions, LLC and have ongoing transactions.

  • We do not retain file records after closing. Before closing, we upload all broker-required documents into the system your broker uses for safekeeping.

  • We work with Agents, Teams, and Brokerages nationwide.

  • We are home based in New Bern, NC.

  • You will not be billed the first time your closing transaction terminates. However, if you need us to handle termination compliance documents and close the compliance file in your Broker Back Office, or if the file has multiple terminations, there is a compliance fee/termination fee of $150.

  • We are system focused, so it’s essential that each work order request is submitted to us through this quick link.

  • For Listings, submit at least 48 hours before the live date (photos included). For Contract to Close, submit as soon as there is an executed date on the new contract, and we have a 1 business day turnaround. For offer prep, we have a 3-business-hour turnaround once received.

  • Yes, we can! Use this link to submit the information you want included in the offer. We will send it to your clients for signatures and email it to you once complete.

  • Broker Solutions, LLC’s standard hours are Mon-Fri 9am-5pm. If available after hours, we will always lend a hand however after hours fees will be implemented.

  • We securely store your credit card on file. Listings & Offer Prep are charged within 24 business hours of your TC starting work. Contract to Close is charged within 24 business hours of funding or via DA. Compliance is charged within 24 business hours of file completion.

  • A Transaction Coordinator assists real estate agents and brokers by performing administrative duties needed during each stage of a transaction. A TC gathers all information, reviews each document and follows up on the contractual items.

  • We manage the details, deadlines, documents, and more – and give you time back to generate leads, network, nurture your SOI, or even take a vacation!

  • As the REALTOR, you wear many hats and are expected to be on top of your game in many ways. One of the first items many agents hand off is the paperwork. In short – we give you the most amount of time for the least amount of investment.

  • Not a problem! We serve Brokers, Teams and Agents across the country. Our Transaction Coordinators work virtually so you do not need to be located near your TC in order for us to work with you. Our Transaction Coordinators are located throughout the United States with direct knowledge of the markets we serve.
